ST Capital has completed its exit from Lakeballs.com The e-commerce operation was co-founded by Danny Quill of STC in 2001, and was a runner up in the DTi National E-Commerce Awards - Start-Up of the Year in the same year.

ST Capital received full payment of it's debt & equity positions as preparations for a trade sale to be finalised in 2007.

Recently, Lakeballs has witnessed closer media attention on the business due to its pro-evironmental stance as a recycling operation including being featured in the Times Newspaper's Guide to a Green Christmas.
